Shipping & Delivery
We offer DHL shipping options depending on your delivery location.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Estimated delivery times begin from the date of dispatch and depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Domestic Shipping
Standard shipping within Germany is free.
Order Verification & Address Details
Please make sure your billing and shipping details are correct when placing your order. If the information provided does not match your payment details or if the delivery address is incomplete or incorrect, your order may be held for verification. This may delay the processing or delivery of your order.
Duties & Taxes
Orders within the European Union are shipped from Germany, so no customs duties should apply.
For deliveries outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Refused, Unclaimed or Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details, it may be returned to us by DHL or the relevant carrier.
In this case, return shipping and handling fees may be deducted from your refund or store credit:
- €10 for EU orders
- €30 for non-EU orders
These fees are non-refundable.
Order or Address Changes
If you need to change your order or delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has been processed or dispatched.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs, carrier delays, high shipping volumes, or circumstances outside our control.
If your parcel is delayed, please first check your tracking link or contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you still need assistance, please contact our team and we will do our best to support you.
