Which items can be returned?
You may return eligible items within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To be accepted, returned items must be:
- In their original condition
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Returned in the original packaging
- With all tags and hygiene protection labels still attached, where applicable
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear and returned with the protective liner intact.
Promotional items and final sale items cannot be returned.
Are there any return costs?
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected by our team. We will notify you by email once we have received your return and confirm whether the refund has been approved.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your return to be processed after it has been received.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, you may return your item in accordance with our Returns Policy and place a new order through our website.
This approach allows you to secure your preferred item immediately, subject to availability, without waiting for us to receive and process your return.
Once your return has been received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
