JEHON Affiliate Program Terms
Version 1.0 — Effective 14 June 2026
These Affiliate Program Terms (“Terms”) govern participation in the JEHON Affiliate Program operated by JEHON the Label UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (“JEHON”, “we”, “us” or “our”) through Shopify Collabs.
By accepting an affiliate offer from JEHON through Shopify Collabs, the creator (“Creator”, “you” or “your”) confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
1. The JEHON Affiliate Program
The JEHON Affiliate Program allows selected creators to promote JEHON through personal affiliate links and/or discount codes provided through Shopify Collabs and to earn commission on eligible purchases attributed to them.
Participation in the program is subject to these Terms as well as the applicable Shopify Collabs terms, policies and platform requirements.
Participation does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint venture or other representative relationship between JEHON and the Creator. The Creator acts independently and has no authority to make commitments or representations on behalf of JEHON.
2. Affiliate Offer
The specific conditions offered to each Creator are displayed in their Shopify Collabs offer or account and may include:

an affiliate commission rate;

a personal affiliate link;

a customer discount or discount code;

eligible products or collections; and
-
gifted JEHON products.
The commission rate, customer discount and other specific commercial conditions displayed in the Creator's individual Shopify Collabs offer apply to that Creator.
If the details in your individual Shopify Collabs offer are different from these general Affiliate Program Terms, the details in your Shopify Collabs offer will apply to you.
3. Affiliate Links and Discount Codes
Affiliate links and discount codes are provided for the Creator to share with their audience for the purpose of promoting JEHON.
They are personal to the Creator unless JEHON expressly agrees otherwise.
Creators must not manipulate, misuse or distribute their affiliate links or discount codes in a way intended primarily to generate artificial or improperly attributed commission.
Unless expressly approved by JEHON, affiliate links and discount codes must not be published on coupon, voucher or discount-code aggregation websites, used in unauthorized paid advertising, or promoted through spam or misleading marketing practices.
JEHON may deactivate or replace an affiliate link or discount code where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse, fraud, technical issues or unauthorized distribution.
4. Commission
Creators are eligible to earn commission on qualifying purchases attributed to them through Shopify Collabs.
The applicable commission rate is the rate displayed in the Creator's Shopify Collabs offer or active JEHON program.
Commission tracking, attribution, calculations and adjustments are managed through Shopify Collabs.
Commission is not payable, or may be reversed or adjusted, in relation to transactions that are cancelled, refunded, returned, charged back, fraudulent, duplicated, improperly attributed or otherwise determined not to qualify under the applicable Shopify Collabs program rules.
Unless expressly permitted by JEHON, Creators may not earn commission on their own purchases or on transactions arranged primarily for the purpose of generating affiliate commission.
In case of a reasonable concern regarding a transaction or attribution, JEHON may review or dispute a pending commission in accordance with the functionality available through Shopify Collabs.
5. Customer Discounts
Where included in the Creator's offer, JEHON may provide a personal discount code or affiliate-link discount for the Creator's community.
The discount amount and the products or collections to which it applies are determined by the applicable Shopify Collabs offer.
Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and may be subject to additional limitations configured in the JEHON online store or Shopify Collabs.
Unless otherwise stated, customer discounts may not be combined with other promotions or discount codes where Shopify or JEHON's store settings do not permit such combination.
6. Commission Payments
Commission payments are tracked and processed through Shopify Collabs in accordance with Shopify Collabs' applicable payment process.
Commissions may remain pending during the holding period configured by JEHON in Shopify Collabs. During this period, commissions may be adjusted or cancelled where the relevant order is refunded, cancelled, disputed or otherwise becomes ineligible.
Creators are responsible for setting up the payout information required by Shopify Collabs and for maintaining accurate payment details.
JEHON is not responsible for payout delays resulting from incomplete Creator payout information, Shopify processing requirements, payment-provider requirements or circumstances outside JEHON's reasonable control.
7. Gifted Products
JEHON may offer Creators complimentary products through Shopify Collabs or through another agreed method.
Gifted products are intended to allow Creators to experience and become familiar with JEHON and its products.
Unless specific content deliverables have been separately agreed between JEHON and the Creator, the Creator retains discretion regarding whether, when and how they choose to share JEHON with their community.
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not by itself require a particular number of posts, Stories, Reels, videos or other content.
Similarly, providing a gifted product does not automatically grant JEHON the right to use, reproduce or distribute content created by the Creator. JEHON may repost the Creator’s public posts on JEHON’s own social-media channels by tagging the Creator and providing clear credit, provided that the Creator has not indicated that the content may not be reposted. Any use beyond an organic repost on JEHON’s own social-media channels—including paid advertising, whitelisting, editing, sublicensing, use on JEHON’s website or use in other marketing materials—requires the Creator’s separate prior consent.
8. Creator Content and Brand Representation
Creators are encouraged to present JEHON in their own authentic style.
Any statements made about JEHON or its products must be truthful, based on genuine experience where applicable, and must not be misleading.
Creators must not make false or unsupported claims about JEHON products, pricing, materials, availability, benefits or characteristics.
The Creator must not present themselves as an employee, official representative or agent of JEHON.
JEHON may provide approved images, product information, logos or other brand materials for use in connection with the Affiliate Program. Such materials remain the property of JEHON or their respective rights holders and may only be used for legitimate promotion of JEHON during participation in the program.
9. Advertising and Affiliate Disclosure
Creators are responsible for complying with all advertising, consumer-protection, influencer-marketing and disclosure requirements applicable to them and to the countries in which their content is published or viewed.
Where content contains an affiliate link, discount code, gifted product or other commercial relationship with JEHON, the Creator must disclose that relationship clearly and transparently whenever disclosure is required by applicable law or platform rules.
Affiliate disclosures must be sufficiently clear for the Creator's audience to understand that the Creator may receive a benefit or commission from purchases generated through their link or code.
Creators must also comply with the advertising and branded-content policies of platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or other channels they use.
10. Prohibited Activity
Creators must not engage in conduct intended to artificially generate clicks, purchases, commissions or attribution.
This includes fraudulent orders, fake accounts, automated traffic, cookie manipulation, misleading redirects or other deceptive affiliate practices.
Without prior written approval from JEHON, Creators must not purchase paid search advertising using JEHON trademarks or variations of the JEHON brand name, register domains or social-media accounts that impersonate JEHON, or represent themselves as an official JEHON sales channel.
Creators must not use the Affiliate Program in connection with unlawful, discriminatory, hateful, deceptive or otherwise illegal content.
A material breach of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination from the Affiliate Program and may result in pending commissions being disputed where permitted by Shopify Collabs and applicable law.
11. Taxes
Creators are responsible for determining and fulfilling their own tax, reporting, registration and other legal obligations arising from participation in the Affiliate Program, including obligations relating to affiliate commissions and gifted products where applicable. JEHON is responsible only for its own tax obligations. Nothing in these Terms constitutes tax advice.
12. Duration and Termination
Participation in the JEHON Affiliate Program continues until ended by either JEHON or the Creator.
The Creator may stop participating in the program at any time.
JEHON may suspend or terminate a Creator's participation where the Creator materially breaches these Terms, misuses affiliate links or discount codes, engages in fraudulent or misleading conduct, violates applicable law or Shopify Collabs rules, or otherwise compromises the proper operation of the Affiliate Program.
JEHON may also discontinue or restructure the Affiliate Program for legitimate business reasons.
Following termination, the Creator's affiliate links and discount codes may be deactivated and no new commissions will accrue.
Eligible commissions properly earned before termination remain subject to the applicable Shopify Collabs holding period, refund, cancellation, dispute and payment rules.
Termination of participation does not by itself require the return of a product that was validly gifted to the Creator.
13. Changes to the Program or These Terms
JEHON may update the Affiliate Program, including commission rates, discounts, eligible products or these Terms, from time to time.
Changes to commission rates or other commercial conditions will apply prospectively and will not retroactively reduce commissions already properly earned before the effective date of the change.
Where reasonably practicable, Creators will be informed of material changes through Shopify Collabs, email or another appropriate communication channel.
If a Creator does not wish to continue under updated conditions, they may end their participation in the Affiliate Program.
Where applicable law requires additional consent to a change, JEHON will obtain such consent.
The current version of these Terms will be available on the JEHON website and will display its effective date.
14. Shopify Collabs
Shopify Collabs is a third-party platform used by JEHON to manage affiliate links, discount codes, tracking, attribution, gifts and commission payments.
Shopify is not a party to the affiliate relationship between JEHON and the Creator.
Use of Shopify Collabs is also subject to Shopify's own terms, policies and technical functionality.
JEHON is not responsible for temporary platform outages, tracking failures, payout delays or other technical issues caused solely by Shopify or other third-party services outside JEHON's reasonable control.
Where a potential tracking or payment issue occurs, JEHON and the Creator agree to cooperate reasonably and in good faith to review the information available through Shopify Collabs.
15. Intellectual Property
JEHON's trademarks, trade names, logos, photographs, designs, website content and other intellectual property remain the property of JEHON or the applicable rights holder.
Participation in the Affiliate Program grants the Creator a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use JEHON-approved brand materials solely for the purpose of promoting JEHON under the Affiliate Program.
No ownership rights are transferred to the Creator.
The Creator retains ownership of their independently created content. JEHON does not receive advertising, whitelisting, paid-media or broader content-usage rights merely because the Creator participates in the Affiliate Program or receives a gifted product. Such rights must be agreed separately.
16. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Subject to applicable law, neither party will be responsible to the other for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from participation in the Affiliate Program.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and the affiliate relationship between JEHON and the Creator are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, to the extent legally permissible. Any mandatory legal rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected. To the extent legally permitted, the courts of Munich, Germany shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Affiliate Program.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. Where a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the applicable statutory provisions shall apply in its place.
